THE RELEASE

How this promo reached collectors

Team Rocket's Tyranitar (096/182) is one of four prerelease cards named in Pokemon.com's Destined Rivals Build & Battle article. The article announces public early availability beginning May 17, 2025. That is not a staff handout date. This is an expansion-numbered card with a Cosmos Holo prerelease printing and set-logo stamp, not an SVP-numbered Black Star Promo.
